Portraits de Famille will partner with the SDG 3.4 Mission of The 34 Gallery by Simuka Africa, that has been a beacon of hope since 2006, aiding at-risk youth, families, and child marriage survivors in Zimbabwe through educational programs and vocational training.

The 34 Gallery, part of the Agenda 2030 SDG3: Good Health & Well-Being Initiative, emphasizes the importance of global mental health. After extensive work with at-risk youth and young adults, Simuka Africa recognizes the crucial role the arts play in fostering self-care, self-esteem and self-awareness. Ezekiel Zekiya Mudimu, the founding director, and Magdalene, the United Nations Volunteers online supervisor and curator, lead this mission.

Designing new collections, collaborating with artists, and curating visual experiences are therapeutic acts that promote mental clarity and balance.
