What steps do I need to follow to get my hands on a Collector's Pass?
If you haven't checked in, start here:
- Start by clicking on the Check In button (a pop-up will appear).
- Sign up or sign in by simply typing in your email address.
- Confirm your email address by pasting the one time password that was sent to your email inbox.
- Confirm your sign up or sign in by clicking on the Agree button and voilà, you've successfully checked in.
If you're checked in, continue here:
- Get your Collector's Passes by first selecting how many you want and then by clicking on the Get Collector's Pass button (a pop-up will appear).
- Review your order and enter your payment information in the secure checkout fields.
- Confirm your order and voilà, you've successfully secured your Collector's Passes.
- Check out your Collector's Passes and find out which rarity levels you've unlocked in your Collector's Profile.

How and when will the Collector's Passes be available?
The Collector's Pass drop takes place in two stages:
- Early Access Stage: Exclusive and early access to the Collector's Passes announced through our newsletter.
- Public Stage: Normal access to the remaining Collector's Passes announced on our socials.
The exact date and details of both stages of each Collector's Pass drop will be disclosed through our newsletter and on our socials.
How long is a Collector's Pass drop live for?
Each Collector's Pass drop remains open for 48h or until the limited number of available Collector's Passes is sold out. Act quickly to secure yours!
How many Collector's Passes exist?
Each time the Collector's Pass drop is live, a limited number of Collector's Passes is made available. Check the current drop to find out how many Collector's Passes were made available.
How many Collector's Passes can I claim?
The number of Collector's Passes available per person can change every time the Collector's Pass drop is live. Check the current drop to find out how many you can get.
How much does each Collector's Pass cost?
The price of a Collector's Pass changes every time the Collector's Pass drop is live. Check the current drop to find out how much one costs.
Which rarity levels can Collector's Passes have?
Collector's Passes can have 4 different rarity levels:
- Rarity level 1: "One" (rarest).
- Rarity level 2: "Twenty-Four".
- Rarity level 3: "Seventy-Five".
- Rarity level 4: "One Hundred" (least rare).
The rarity levels of the Collector's Passes are randomly assigned after you get them. There are more rarity level 4 than rarity level 1 Collector's Passes, meaning that the chances are lower of getting a rarity level 1 Collector's Pass than a rarity level 4 one.
Why doesn't anything happen when I click on the "Get Collector's Pass" button when it's live?
When clicking on the "Get Collector's Pass" button, a pop-up will open in which the purchase can be finalized. Ensure that your browser isn't blocking any pop-ups from our website.

I successfully got my Collector's Passes, but where can I find them now?
After successfully getting your Collector's Passes, visit your Collector's Profile to find out which rarity levels you’ve unlocked.
How can I win the artist's designs with my Collector's Passes?
Once you've successfully got your Collector's Passes, submit them on the Collector's Draw page for a chance to win the different artist designs currently available.
You can only submit your Collector's Passes to designs with the same rarity level. The more Collectors' Passes you submit, the greater your chances of winning the artist's designs.
