If you haven't checked in, start here:

1. Start by clicking on the Check In button on the top right of the screen (a pop-up will appear).
2. Check in by simply typing in your email address.
3. Confirm your email address by pasting the one time password that was sent to your email inbox.
4. Confirm your sign in by clicking on the Agree button and voilà, you've successfully checked in.

If you're checked in, continue here:

1. Submit your Collector's Passes by clicking on the Submit Collector's Pass button on the right side of the respective rarity levels (a pop-up will appear).
2. In case you have Collector's Passes with the same limited edition, they will appear in the pop-up and can be selected.
3. After you select all Collector's Passes you wish to submit for the chosen limited edition, click on the Submit button and voilà, you've successfully submitted your Collector's Passes.
4. After the Collector's Draw has ended, check out if you've won the draw with any of your submitted Collector's Passes in your Collector's Profile.

Each Collector's Draw remains open for 48h. After the draw ends, the winners are directly randomly selected.

You can only submit your Collector's Passes to their respective limited edition designs.

Collectors' Passes can have 4 different limited editions:

• Limited edition 1: "One" (rarest).
• Limited edition 2: "Twenty-Four".
• Limited edition 3: "Seventy-Five".
• Limited edition 4: "One Hundred" (least rare).

The limited editions of the Collector's Passes are randomly assigned when you get them. There are more limited edition 4 than limited edition 1 Collector's Passes, meaning that the chances are lower of getting a limited edition 1 Collector's Pass than a limited edition 4 one.

If there are more Collector's Pass submissions than available designs for a specific limited edition, then the winning Collector's Passes will be randomly chosen.

You can submit as many Collector's Passes to a limited edition as you'd like. The more Collector's Passes you submit to the same limited edition, the higher your chances of winning that design.

Yes, when your submitted Collector's Passes haven't won the Collector's Draw, they can be used again in future draws.

No, after your submitted Collector's Passes won the Collector's Draw, they cannot be reverted and used again in future draws.

After the Collector's Draw has ended, check out if you won any designs with your submitted Collector's Passes in your Collector's Profile.

Only after winning the Collector's Draw with your submitted Collector's Passes are you able to unlock our Collector's Pieces. You can only unlock the Collector's Pieces that match the artist designs you won in the Collector's Draw.

Purchases are limited to one item type per person. For example, if you're the winner of the limited edition One Collector's Pass design of the "STATES" capsule called Pieces, then you're able to purchase The Tee Pieces in off white and The Hoodie Pieces in midnight black.
