The Aperol Spritz piece is part of the "LIQUID" capsule collection crafted in collaboration with artist Sheyi Adebayo.

2 oz Aperol · 3 oz Prosecco · 1 oz Soda Water · Orange Slice Garnish.

The Aperol Spritz was born in northern Italy when locals lightened bitter Aperol with sparkling prosecco and a splash of soda, creating a bright, refreshing aperitivo made for slow evenings and sunny piazzas.

First served in 1919.
