How does the Collector's Club work?
The Collector's Club is a cultural hub reserved for those seeking the ultimate exclusive and collector experience. Here's how it works:

- Submit your Collector's Passes to your favorite designs for a chance to win them.
- After winning, unlock the Collector's Pieces of your won designs.

How does the Collector's Club drop?
The Collector's Club drops in two stages:
- Early Access Stage: Exclusive and early access to the Collector's Club announced through our newsletter.
- Public Stage: Normal access to the Collector's Club announced on our socials.

How long is a Collector's Club drop live for?
Each Collector's Club drop remains open for 48h only. Act fast to secure your Collector's Passes while they're still available and submit them to your favorite designs before the drop ends.
What is the Collector's Pass?
The Collector's Pass is the key that gives you access to the Collector's Club. When you get a Collector's Pass, you're able to participate in the Collector's Club and submit it for a chance to win your favorite limited-edition designs and to unlock the Collector's Pieces.
Which limited editions can Collector's Passes have?
Collector's Passes can have 4 different limited editions:
- Limited edition 1: "One" (rarest).
- Limited edition 2: "Twenty-Four".
- Limited edition 3: "Seventy-Five".
- Limited edition 4: "One Hundred" (least rare).
The limited editions of the Collector's Passes are randomly assigned after you get them. There are more limited edition 4 than limited edition 1 Collector's Passes, meaning that the chances are lower of getting a limited edition 1 Collector's Pass than a limited edition 4 one.
How many Collector's Passes exist?
Each time the Collector's Club drop is live, a limited number of Collector's Passes is made available. Check the current drop information to find out how many Collector's Passes were made available.
How many Collector's Passes can I claim?
The number of Collector's Passes available per person can change every time the Collector's Club drop is live. Check the current drop information to find out how many you can get.
How much does each Collector's Pass cost?
The price of a Collector's Pass changes every time the Collector's Club drop is live. Check the current drop information to find out how much one costs.
I successfully purchased Collector's Passes, but where can I find them now?
After successfully purchasing your Collector's Passes, visit your Collector's Profile to find out which limited editions you’ve got. This process is randomized to allow the same fair chance to everyone participating.
How can I win my favorite artist designs with my Collector's Passes?
Once you've successfully purchased your Collector's Passes, submit them for a chance to win your favorite artist designs currently available.
You can only submit your Collector's Passes to designs with the same limited edition. The more Collectors' Passes you submit, the greater your chances of winning the artist designs.
How many Collector's Passes can I submit?
You can submit as many Collector's Passes to a limited-edition design as you'd like. The more Collector's Passes you submit to the same limited-edition design, the higher your chances of winning it.
What happens if there are more Collector's Pass submissions than available designs?
If there are more Collector's Pass submissions than available designs for a specific limited edition, then the winning Collector's Passes will be randomly chosen.
Where can I check if I won any designs with my submitted Collector's Passes?
After the Collector's Club drop closes, check out if you won any designs with your submitted Collector's Passes in your Collector's Profile.
What happens when I win a design with my submitted Collector's Passes?
After the Collector's Club drop closes and the winners of the limited-edition designs are randomly selected and announced, their Collector's Passes will change their appearance to match the won designs.
These Collector's Passes are now enabled to unlock the corresponding Collector's Pieces.
Can I resubmit my Collector's Passes?
After you won designs with your submitted Collector's Passes, they cannot be reverted and used again in future drops.
On the other hand, when you haven't won any designs with your submitted Collector's Passes, they can be used again in future drops.
How can I unlock the Collector's Pieces?
Only after winning the limited-edition designs with your submitted Collector's Passes are you able to unlock the Collector's Pieces. You can only unlock the Collector's Pieces that match the limited-edition designs you won.
Purchases are limited to one item of the same limited-edition design per person for each product type.
