Linus Lohoff is a multidisciplinary freelance art director and designer from Germany with Brazilian roots, currently based in Barcelona. He collaborates internationally with a curated selection of clients across diverse industries.
His personal work is defined by a clear and minimalist design language, drawing inspiration from minimalism, concrete art and mid-century graphic design. Driven by a strong conceptual approach, his work focuses a lot on the meaning behind visual decisions.
Rather than following a fixed style, Linus’ work evolves around a continuous exploration of form, colour, typography and composition. Some projects embrace a minimal and monochromatic aesthetic, while others become more playful and expressive through color and experimentation. The "EL MAR BLAU" capsule collection is a tribute to the Mediterranean and the coastal soul of Southern Europe.
Inspired by the interplay of light, water and wind, the capsule collection approaches the Mediterranean but as an emotion, a feeling shaped by stillness, clarity, rhythm and dreams. Each piece translates the sea’s contrasting character into wearable art: bold in form yet serene in spirit, warm yet cool, immediate yet infinite.
Through organic shapes and a refined visual language, Linus Lohoff captures fleeting moments that feel quietly eternal. From sunlight moving across the water to the wind passing through a coastal landscape. The artworks echo the simplicity and enduring presence of el mar blau, blurring the boundaries between memory and imagination, movement and calm, dreams and reality.
